A shared home for a newly unified regional organization.

The facility was developed after three regional real-estate boards merged to form the Northwest Arkansas Board of Realtors. The new Lowell headquarters brought the organization, its board leadership, and Arkansas Regional MLS functions together in one centralized location.

Professional offices supported by education and gathering space.

The single-story building combines administrative offices with classroom and meeting areas designed to support training, board meetings, professional events, and collaboration among members from across Northwest Arkansas.

An entrance that connects the building to the idea of home.

The central entrance pavilion gives the headquarters a recognizable civic presence while recalling the familiar scale and form of a house. That architectural gesture creates a direct connection to the organization’s role in the regional real-estate community.
